Re-Instates W-rap (Well-being, Recovery, Activity Parcel) Project is funded by South London and the Maudsley Hospitals ‘Smile’ Campaign and is co-produced and managed by users of our services. A W-rap is designed to provide people with a parcel of at least five full-sized items associated with The New Economics Foundations Five Ways to Well-being.
The Five Ways to Wellbeing are a set of evidence-based actions which promote peoples wellbeing. They are: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give.
Parcels are gifted to hospital wards and are also available to buy at a cost of £8.00. They can also be delivered (with an additional postage charge). They are a great gift for anyone needing a boost, someone in crisis and to generally encourage people to incorporate these five actions into their lives. For further information contact Nic Taylor firstname.lastname@example.org
